Sea buckthorn is a native plant, with edible orange berries that are high in vitamins and antioxidants. Sea buckthorn has many beneficial natural compounds in it which may help skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, and roseacea. Contains carotenoids (provitamin A) vitamin E, and healthy omega fatty acids 3,6,7,9. It can also help with mouth ulcers or lip lesions.
